Compact flood of pictures
The decision went on for months and finally I have changed my mind spontaneously. That it would be an IXUS, was quickly clear. My DSLR from Canon does a good job, so I was quickly convinced by the small camera. Originally, I had the 220 HS in mind, but since the newer model 230 HS appeared late last year on the market, I thought to myself: How often do I'm going to buy a compact cam? Well one time in many, many years. So why not a current model? Although it costs a little more, but you have of course also more functions. Better camera models were or still are above my price expectations. 200 Euro was my absolute limit, I had to max it out completely.
Well, now I want to present you some examples of my new camera. All photos have not been edited except for the picture size and the logo.
Data of the Canon IXUS 230 HS

I hope they like them. In fact that a mini camera has created these shots, I'm really excited.
Do you also have a compact camera? If so, what? Did you spend 200 euro for this camera?
And how do I find a suitable camera for me?
Here are some tips by me, how you'll find your camera:
- For what do you need the camera?
For professional photos I would fall back to an SLR, because you can cover its needs perfectly because of the huge variety of lenses. If you want to create professional-quality photos with a compact camera, you will probably buy twice because it will be eventually not enough for you. I think those who invest once will get more. But of course it all depends on the person behind the cam, only in passing. - Do you want to create spontaneous fast, good quality photos?
At parties, concerts or other events? Then I can recommend a camera in the price range between 100 and 200 Euro. At least the compact cameras by Canon supply good results in this price segment. The quality is better than that of a "standard-cam". You can see it immediately. Rich colors, sharp contours, short reaction time, good zoom, light-sensitive sensor, small, compact and visually appealing noble. Of course, everything only when you operated properly. I think whoever buys cheap, buys twice. Therefore, better buy once something reasonable, which is a bit more expensive than buy two times, because the first camera focuses quickly dissatisfied or claims not enough anymore. - Sould the camera only rarely come into use?
For example, at times just to create photos for an online auction? Then also a camera below 100 Euro will extends completely. Those who keep an eye on photos will notice the difference immediately. But in my opinion it's not worth to buy a more expensive and better camera when you will use it very rare. The money should be rather invested elsewhere.

Hey there ;)
